Organizations that thrive in the digital world are continuously innovating. But delivering innovation—from idea to execution—requires collaboration and investment across the enterprise. Adopting lean-agile principles turns organizations into fast innovation engines: transforming ideas into opportunities, prioritizing and funding value streams, and delivering incremental customer-delighting solutions in short iterations.

Join us at the interactive fireside chat with Dean Leffingwell and Apptio to explore ways organizations can drive business agility and deliver innovative solutions by organizing around value. They will cover how to:

  • Analyze SAFe Lean-Agile principles to fit business models
  • Engage finance and business stakeholders to align around business value
  • Tackle cultural change to increase agile adoption across the enterprise
